Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manages vendor orders and relationships for a sub-category.
∎ To estimate the time action (T&A) plan to export those garments as per limited fixed time.
∎ Internal & external communication in efficient and effective manner
∎ Responsible for entire sampling process and its approval and keeping record for the same.
∎ Preparing Order Sheet and Purchase order and term of payments properly given to the supplier.
∎ Works with Technical, QA team to ensure all commercial decision and standards are met as per given guidelines.
∎ Advising and assisting production and quality department, To monitor garments packing instruction.
∎ Giving shipping instructions and following shipment .Manages counter costing; Handling samples;
∎ Tracking fit approvals; Tracking lab dips
∎ Resolves issues within a timely manner while working to continuously improve and create internal and external processes and procedures
∎ Ensures Systems are updated with costs and details. Placing the PI for opening Back-to-Back L/C
