Responsibilities & Context:
Provide telemedicine consultations and medical advice to Walton Plaza employees and hire-purchase customers across Bangladesh.
Assess health concerns and provide appropriate medical guidance, treatment recommendations and referrals.
Provide medical consultations to employees working at the Corporate Office.
Coordinate with Healthcare & Happiness Officers to support sick customers and their family members.
Liaise with hospitals, specialists and healthcare providers to facilitate necessary medical services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with seriously ill employees, customers and their family members.
Maintain accurate patient records, consultation details and follow-up reports.
Ensure timely, professional and compassionate healthcare services.
