Job Context

·          Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions: 

Job Responsibilities

·          Providing clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases;

·          Conducting thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans;

·          Developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans and ensuring that they are followed properly.

·          Monitoring patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.

·          Providing immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients for further treatment or transfer.

·          Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

·          Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.

·          Coordinating with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

·          Working closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

·          Providing advice to the patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

·          Engaging in quality assurance activities and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.

·          Mentoring and training junior medical staff, including residents and interns.

·          Attending OPD/indoor patients / ward & cabins

·          Attending academic sessions, clinical classes, participate in departmental seminars as per instruction;

·          Carrying out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
