∎ MBBS degree from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met
∎ Prepare and maintain roster for SMO, MO, Nursing staff, Dietician, Psychologist, Radiology and Endoscopy department.
∎ Works to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic by maintaining relation with all consultants.
∎ Arrange and attend all departmental meetings like,
∎ Clinical Committee Meeting.
∎ Radiation Safety Committee Meeting.
∎ Academic Committee Meeting.
∎ Weekly Communication Meeting.
∎ Share Holder meeting.
∎ Perform all duties within authority regulations.
∎ Implement policy and procedures across the healthcare facility.
∎ Evaluate and prepare daily reports.
∎ Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrollment of personnel.
∎ Ensure the admissions/treatment process as per agreed protocols.
∎ Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are placed on time.
∎ Maintain the relation between MSD and another department.
∎ Arranging different kinds of webinar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
