Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, preferably in the steel industry or related fields.
∎ Diploma or Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
∎ Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes and operations.
∎ Must be proficient in spoken and written English to effectively communicate within a multicultural team environment.
∎ Ability to work flexibly in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment within the steel manufacturing plant.
∎ Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Work closely with the production team to improve machine reliability and performance.
∎ Participate in the installation of new mechanical systems and equipment.
∎ Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
∎ Document and record maintenance and repair work for future reference.
