Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any recognised university. Preferably in Language/ Literature/ Education/ Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing training and supplementary modules for language, Math and English training for the trainers.
∎ Work closely with the other trainers to develop and plan the future modules.
∎ Providing Training of Trainers (TOT) to Master Trainers and monitoring the teachers training programmes.
∎ Able to conduct various workshops, FGD, meetings, training on the developed materials with different stakeholders like – students, teachers, trainers, graphic designer, EdTech team, translators, GO and NGO personnel at different level.
∎ Maintaining liaison with National, Regional and International consultants for developing materials and training module.
∎ Preparing training reports and schedules as per the need.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in developing education related materials and conducting trainings.
∎ Facilitation skills and using different training methods and techniques.
∎ Have a good report writing and research conducting skills.
∎ Skilled in data analysis & training tools development.
∎ Clear knowledge on educational system and curriculum, pedagogical concept and clear perception of training related aspects.
∎ Experience in organizing events, workshops and meetings.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
