EXNIN is looking for a highly motivated, responsible, and leadership-oriented Super Marketing Agent who will work remotely and oversee a team of marketing agents to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of marketing agents

• Guide, train, and support agents to achieve their targets

• Monitor agents’ daily activities, performance, and lead generation

• Ensure proper communication between agents and prospective customers

• Track and evaluate overall team performance and productivity

• Develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates

• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports

Role Overview:

• This is a work-from-home position

• The Super Agent will not be required to perform fieldwork

• Primary responsibility is to manage, monitor, and lead the agent team effectively
