∎ 2+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, advertising, or sponsorship acquisition (preferably in a media or entertainment company).
∎ Strong understanding of media sales, branding, and advertising trends.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced creative environment.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, PowerPoint, or design tools is a plus.

∎ Identify and approach potential advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners aligned with our content.
∎ Prepare media kits, pitch decks, and sponsorship proposals tailored to specific client needs.
∎ Negotiate and close advertising and sponsorship deals across platforms (films, magazine, video, social media, etc.).
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand representatives.
∎ Ensure seamless communication, reporting, and fulfilment of sponsorship and advertising agreements.
∎ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote shows, content, or publications.
∎ Collaborate with content and production teams to integrate brand partnerships creatively and effectively.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new revenue opportunities.
∎ Analyse performance of marketing and sponsorship campaigns and provide reports with actionable insights.
