Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct internet-based research and maintain professional communication through email.
∎ Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
∎ Develop and maintain a detailed and up-to-date prospect database.
∎ Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in emerging markets.
∎ Visit potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
∎ Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients effectively.
∎ Support the sales team by providing accurate data, insights, and reports.
∎ Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring all communication aligns with company standards.
∎ Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and effective communication.
∎ Address customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate resolutions.
∎ Provide emergency technical support to clients when necessary.
∎ Conduct random field visits to meet sales and marketing targets.
