Responsibilities & Context:
∎ a. Online marketing: manage social media accounts & content and handle customer queries and engagement by online (social media, Google ads, Email/ SMS marketing).
∎ b. Offline Marketing: visit potential clients or businesses for promotion and distribute flyers, brochures and promotional materials.
∎ c. Build and maintain strong relationships with client and vendors, collect customer feedback and market data, make a report daily marketing activity.
∎ d. Marketing Strategy Reinforcement: Analyze existing marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement, monitor competitor activities and market trends for better positioning.
∎ e. Teamwork: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, client and vendors.
∎ f. Market Analysis: Research the latest furniture industry and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
∎ g. Sales Targets: Proactively source new clients and successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ h. Handle client communication via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
