Position Overview

• Official Title: Marketing Executive

• Work Location: Based in Dhaka with potential field visits.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, your daily routine will involve more than just "selling." You will be an ambassador for German and Cypriot engineering excellence. Your duties will include:

• Market Penetration: Identifying new potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers across the assigned territory.

• Product Representation: Learning the technical specifications of our surgical instruments and presenting them effectively to surgeons and procurement officers.

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Feedback Loop: Collecting market feedback on product performance and competitor activity to report back to the international headquarters.

• Strategic Planning: Assisting the senior management in Dhaka to develop localized marketing strategies that align with our European standards.

• Reporting: Maintaining daily logs of visits, calls, and conversions.
