Experience on BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SCAN, HIGG Module, 1st Party Audit face: H&M, M&S, C4, ZARA, Next.
Good communication in Bengali & English.
Job Context: We are looking for interested candidates who has a highly skilled and experienced for this position to take initiative, dedicated, self-motivated and to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare compliance audits (WRAP, ICS, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT/SCAN, FSC, HIGG FEM-FSLM, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, etc.) documents and audit CAP against auditor & first-party and third-party.
Monitor worker grievance issues from floor, grievance box and others sources.
maintain all compliance-related issues, buyer's COC and legal requirements.
Prepare SOP for Compliance, Handling training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations.
To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
Ensure register, prepare and update policies and procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law & buyer requirements.
Collect and maintain regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility etc.
Stand for vendor compliance requirements and follow up compliance issues.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff to initiate company activity and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.· Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
Ensure proper documentation / record keeping.
Ensure proper awareness and training on safety, operation, regulation before engagement.
Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
