• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
• Experience in student counseling, sales, or education marketing is an advantage.
• Interest in Japanese culture or language is a plus (not mandatory).
• Applicants with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification (N5 or above) will be given preference.

• Counsel students and guardians on Japanese language programs and SSW training.

• Promote programs through visits to colleges, training centers, and institutions.

• Organize and participate in seminars, campaigns, and admission events.

• Maintain follow-up communication with prospective students.

• Assist with admission processing and document collection.

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and reporting.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and student inquiries.
