Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting diagnostic services, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and generating sales for international health check-up packages. The role involves field visits, client engagement, and strategic marketing activities to increase patient referrals and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor & Clinic Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote diagnostic services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring physicians.
- Provide updated service information, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Address doctor queries, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and community outreach events.
- Promote diagnostic packages, seasonal offers, and wellness services.
- Use digital and offline marketing strategies to generate leads.
3. Sales of Overseas Health Check-Up Packages
- Market and sell international health check-up packages to potential clients.
- Educate customers on benefits, package inclusions, and travel procedures.
- Coordinate with overseas hospitals and partner organizations.
- Ensure proper documentation and customer support throughout the process.
4. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition and consumer needs.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
5. Customer Service Coordination
- Ensure excellent patient experience from inquiry to report delivery.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and service improvement.
- Support walk-in patients with information about health check packages.
