Education:

  • Training or certification in sales, medical marketing, or healthcare communication.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, diagnostic sales, or pharmaceutical field preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Marketing & Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting diagnostic services, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and generating sales for international health check-up packages. The role involves field visits, client engagement, and strategic marketing activities to increase patient referrals and overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Clinic Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote diagnostic services.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring physicians.
  • Provide updated service information, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Address doctor queries, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.

 

2. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and community outreach events.
  • Promote diagnostic packages, seasonal offers, and wellness services.
  • Use digital and offline marketing strategies to generate leads.

 

3. Sales of Overseas Health Check-Up Packages

  • Market and sell international health check-up packages to potential clients.
  • Educate customers on benefits, package inclusions, and travel procedures.
  • Coordinate with overseas hospitals and partner organizations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and customer support throughout the process.

 

4. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition and consumer needs.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

 

5. Customer Service Coordination

  • Ensure excellent patient experience from inquiry to report delivery.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and service improvement.
  • Support walk-in patients with information about health check packages.
