• Professional Experience: Proven experience in IELTS training as well as Edtech sales and marketing.

• Language Proficiency: Must possess a high level of language proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse student groups and clients.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the requirements and business operations associated with IELTS and Duolingo.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrated capability in lead generation and a strong aptitude for student-focused sales and counseling.

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads among students specifically for IELTS and Duolingo offerings, including coaching, courses, and registrations.

• Student & Client Counseling: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students and clients, providing expert counseling to guide them through the enrollment process and utilizing sales capacity to close deals.

• Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IELTS and Duolingo business landscape and identify emerging trends or opportunities.

• Sales Strategy: Execute marketing and sales initiatives designed to meet and exceed growth targets within the Edtech sector.
