Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor's activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales volume
∎ Take sustainable and innovative initiative to increase sales
∎ Set the goals for retailers and distributors in order to achieve the target to increase the market share and growth,
∎ Manage a team of retailer and follow up their performance and accuracy
∎ Provide information by collecting feedback from customers, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
∎ Manage sub dealers & retailer channels such as shops and wholesalers
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly analysis report and graphical presentation on revenue, market share, product sales development, competitor's position etc.
