Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities:
Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to address customer questions and concerns.
Resolving Issues: Identifying and resolving customer issues, often requiring troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Providing Information: Giving customers accurate and helpful information about products, services, and policies.
Managing Customer Interactions: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Processing Orders: Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Gathering Customer Feedback: Collecting feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
