Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have a B. Sc. and / or M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from any recognized university

Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Analyze current production procedures and standards (both employee and machinery workflow) to identify inefficiencies and propose upgradation to ensure lower costs, reduced wastage and higher productivity
∎ Develop / Upgrade the Value Chain for all workshops of the Manufacturing unit and follow-up on strict implementation
∎ Analyze current best practices in the industry and create strategic plans to eliminate the existing challenges in the manufacturing unit
∎ Develop routines and innovative solutions to improve production efficiency and quality of output in the manufacturing unit
∎ Work directly with Manufacturing Manager and Leadership Team to develop, implement and follow-up on KPI for all workshops of the Manufacturing unit and periodically review operational performances
∎ Develop, implement and follow-up on SOP and activities related to 5S & TPM across all workshops of the Manufacturing unit; conduct training / awareness sessions for all stakeholders
∎ Assist manufacturing manager in implementing lean management across the manufacturing unit
∎ Researching new machines / technology / processes for optimizing manufacturing efficiency and report to Manufacturing Manager
∎ Responsible for maintaining & periodic updating of all documentation related to production, including owner manuals, operating instructions and other relevant documentation for machinery
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 1-3 (One to Three) years of relevant working experience in manufacturing process engineering in similar industry
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
