Responsibilities & Context:
Monthly payroll management
Checking suppliers’ bills and arranging payments
Preparing program payables in Tally and arranging payments
Reconciling program payables with the Program Department
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
Party-wise sales and bills receivable management
Preparation of monthly receipts and payments
Monthly aging reports and deposit analysis
Calculation of employees’ salary tax
Checking daily cash book and bank book entries
Accounting data entry in Tally Prime software
Monthly provisional entries in Tally Prime
Reconciliation of accounts entries with the Head Office Accounts Team
Coordination with the Central VAT & Tax Team for preparation of challans
Any other tasks assigned by management
