Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters and BBA/Graduation in Finance/Accounting from Reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical reporting, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Collection, Credit Control And Recovery, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support/ Client Service, Due Collection, Money Collection, Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & follow the status of customer payment status by the team members.
∎ Prepare allotment letter within 1 to 3 months of receiving down payment.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement within 3 months of receiving down payment.
∎ Finalize deed of agreement and ensure signed by clients accordingly.
∎ Collect name and unit transfer fees.
∎ Contact to clients or send letter for payment on scheduled date.
∎ Send reminders letter as mentioned in the agreement.
∎ Obtain approval for issuing agreement cancellation notice with copy to customer relations unit.
∎ In case of Loan application from client, prepare builders letter, check TPA, obtain clearance from Legal Department and get approval from the Top Management.
∎ Inform client about utility connections fees, advance service charge, interest accrued (if any), addition/ omission cost and ensure all collection accordingly.
∎ Perform inspirational role as a team member of Collection & Recovery.
∎ Investigate the economic conditions, industry trends and competitive scenario surroundings the businesses of the group.
∎ Assist in the detailed annual business planning process of the SBUs in order to keep focus on the goals and objectives. Report the monthly business performance against annual business plan with reasons of deviation and corrective action plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 5 years' experience preferably in Real Estate Sector in the similar position or in corporate doing similar job.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Collection & Recovery/Registration/Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/Key Account Management,
∎ Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
∎ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail.
∎ Must be a computer literate.
