Accounting and Finance, Accounts Payable Receivable, Banking, Commercial, ERP, SCM, Tally Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements within the time frame specified;
∎ Ensure internal control in all areas of business and financial operations;
∎ Follow-up production and ensure billing against each order with collection follow-up;
∎ Follow-up inventory management and ensure proper record keeping with reporting;
∎ Follow up internal control relating to the purchase of local procurement;
∎ Follow-up order costing, both pre and post phase, and submission to management for decision;
∎ Prepare a monthly budget based on production capacity and run financial and commercial operations in accordance with the budget, including L/C for raw materials, customs clearance, acceptance, and loan creation and settlement;
∎ Need to ensure collection against receivable and arrange payment to ensure smooth business operation as per budget;
∎ Ensure proper cash and bank transaction record keeping and reconciliation before preparing any report;
∎ Handle local procurement billing of the sales both in manufacturing and service delivery;
∎ Maintain proper petty cash management procedures;
∎ Ensure proper documentation of service and subcontractor goods movement;
∎ Check and reconcile the subcontractor's bill with the Store Department;
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise, and train the subordinates of the Accounts & Finance Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ The applicants should have at least 5 years of working experience in the Garments Accessories, Garments or Textile Industry.
∎ The incumbent must have at least 3 years of work experience in Finance & Accounts with a large garment accessories/garments industry.
∎ The candidate should have the ability to run the financial operations of the company with minimum supervision.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Positive work ethics and a focus on results are required for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Capable of handling TAX, VAT, Bond, Custom, and Relevant Factory Compliances.
