Job Context:
∎ GCEI is one of the leading educational consultancy firms in Bangladesh serving since 2017 with excellence in services and trust. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Manager/ Asst. Manager to join our university admission department. The responsibilities of the Manager/ Asst. The manager will lead and monitor the overall university admission process of students, affiliation with universities, and delivery of assigned tasks of the department timely. The job also includes supporting the emotional and professional growth of the Officer, developing and monitoring training and support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance to the concerned Officers of the department.
∎ With a strong level of supervision and getting more outcome from the department will add more value to the position. Guide the department in documentation, how to prepare themselves and what are the requirements and preparations for the process. In addition, the Manager/ Ast. Manager will be managing the overall admission process and maintain proper positive outcome from desired institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have extensive knowledge and experience regarding the international student application and visa process.
∎ Supervise a team of counselors and other team members on a day-to-day basis.
∎ Assess and monitor the performance of counselors to ensure that they are meeting their performance benchmarks and undertake corrective measures as required.
∎ Ability to meet the budget target, Be responsible for meeting the targets set for self and subordinates under supervision.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Must be equipped to handle student, application and visa escalations and take appropriate action for quick solution.
∎ Must be able to advise, verify and compile all necessary documentation for fulfilling university admission and visa requirements.
∎ Must be able to come up with strategies and plan of action for attracting potential applicants and retaining them till end of process.
∎ Must be familiar with corresponding with international delegates as well as coordinating training for self and other team members
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
∎ Working with remote team members and independently manage work-flow coordination
∎ An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams etc.
∎ Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders
∎ Familiar with Bank Statement, Bank Solvency, FDR, Bank Account, land/property deed etc.
∎ Knowledge about Visa & Immigration services & process
∎ Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking
∎ Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow up with client and team members
∎ Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
∎ Excellent English language skills
∎ Be pro-active, efficient and must be punctual
∎ Improve work-flow and coordination of each task
∎ Lead Call enquires who registered / attended Events
∎ Manage applications through regular follow up.
∎ Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
∎ Liaise with our Partner institutions in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Understanding of different cultures, and working with students / colleagues / partners of different backgrounds
∎ Daily reporting to Supervisor and CEO
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as set by management.

∎ Age at most 35 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
