Auko-Tex Group is looking for a proactive, skilled, and result-oriented professional to lead the Training & Development function. The Manager (Training & Development) will design, implement, and oversee the organization’s training and development strategy across both corporate offices and manufacturing units (factory floor). The primary focus is to enhance workforce productivity, foster leadership development, ensure compliance, and scale up technical/soft skills aligned with the fast-paced demands of the garment industry. The incumbent will play a key role in developing employee competencies, strengthening organizational learning culture, and ensuring sustainable training operations aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Reporting Work (MIS):
· Prepare yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all levels, from factory floor operators and supervisors to mid-and-senior management.
· Prepare Training Calendar, and Training Budget
· Maintain training reports, records, attendance, matrices, and compliance documentation
· Prepare audit-related training documents and maintain compliance evidence.
· Conduct training evaluation and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis of training programs
· Prepare reports on training effectiveness, employee development, and improvement initiatives
· Conduct exit interviews and maintain related documentation.
Direct Work:
· Conduct induction, awareness, skill development, soft skills, and SOP-oriented training for workers and staff
· Establish and maintain an effective Training & Development system within the organization
· Design and develop TNA tools, training modules, manuals, presentations, and learning materials
· Facilitate training sessions using effective learning methodologies
· Update and improve training materials and evaluation tools as required
· Initiate Continuous Development Improvement (CDI) and employee motivation activities
· Coordinate with departments for training execution and follow-up activities
· Coordinate with internal Trainers and external Trainer as required
· Manage internship-related activities as per organizational policy
· Ensure compliance with buyer CoC, labor law, and organizational requirements
· Support corrective action plans (CAP) related to audit findings
· Perform cross-functional activities and any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Monitoring & Follow-up Work:
· Prepare and maintain training-related audit documents and records
· Ensure smooth, systematic, and sustainable operation of all training activities
· Lead, guide, and monitor the training team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
· Monitor training effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives
· Follow up audit observations, CAP status, and compliance-related training requirements
· Maintain proper documentation and database of all training activities and development programs
