∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly and weekly Production planning (Sales vs Plant) – after getting monthly forecast from the management a detailed weekly production plan will be prepared along with production team and then every week the plan will be reviewed and fine-tuned to cater to demand in the market.
∎ Competitor analysis: design wise and product type – a quarterly exercise is required to find gap in the market and ensure XCG product and design superiority.
∎ New SKU's concept in different sizes in all brands – This is the outcome of the competitor product analysis. Also needs to be updated about the latest technological advancement around the world.
∎ New design sampling and feedback– ensure that SOP of Sampling is maintained to minimize the cost of production.
∎ New SKU's coding and updating in ERP.
∎ New SKU's catalogue progress – work closely with brand team for new product catalogue development on time.
∎ Monthly slow moving SKU's clearance decision.
