∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ ITP, Vat advisor, CA, ICMAB, ACCA Part Qualified,
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA, ICMAB, ACCA Part Qualified,,ITP,,VAT advisor

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company ACT 1994, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Regulatory Affairs, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the compliances of TAX and VAT at all crucial points as per ITO 1984, VAT & SD Act 2012 and other directives from NBR or responsible authorities of Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Withholding return submission and maintaining all kind of tax documents and reconciliation thereof.
∎ Corporate return submission and maintaining all kinds of tax documents and reconciliation thereof.
∎ Communicating with Tax Consultants, Lawyers & legislative authorities.
∎ Attending for hearing, assessment & settlement of income tax legislative authorities.
∎ Maintain all VAT-related registers, VAT return submission, and manage VAT as per laws & regulations.
∎ Maintain communication with the VAT commissioner, division office, circle office etc.
∎ Check documents & preparation of monthly VAT return.
∎ To understand the transactions in view of rules and regulations of VAT & SD Act 2012.
∎ Attending for hearing, assessment & settlement of Vat legislative authorities.
∎ Be acquainted to work in an automated Vat Management systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Communication skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Analytical ability & Strategic thinking.
∎ Ability to take challenges.
