∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA CC / CMA Part qualified With Master of Commerce (M. com) / MBA (Major in Accounting / Finance) preferable from public university or any reputed private university

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As Manager (Tax), you will remain fully responsible and accountable for all the activities of the your post.·
∎ Should have proper experience in Group of Industries Tax calculation for all the units.·
∎ Liaison with NBR, TAX circle office, others government and non-government /Offices as and when required.·
∎ Expert to prepare a company audit accounts and assessments for Tax. Ensure compliance with Tax & Supplementary Duty other required documentation.·
∎ Prepare financial statement as per compliance with accounting standards and submission annual Tax return.·
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & can handle Accounts related work of a group of company independently.·
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage all Books of Accounts through ERP Software.·
∎ Attend hearing with the DCT, Appellate & Appellate Tribunal and ADR for finalization of assessment.·
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Act, 2023 with a view to reduce the disallowances.·
∎ Manage tax provision and tax compliance process and coordinate tax audits with Tax authorities and Lawyers.·
∎ Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.·
∎ Preparation & submission of information regarding payment of salary Schedule – F, Proof of Submission of Return- Schedule G & withholding tax return U/S- 177.·
∎ Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the time frame.·
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards and prevailing taxes laws.·
∎ To assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by top management.
