∎ Job Location: BRAC University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and run the daily Operations of all the university service channels, such as Front service, Back office, Voice and Non-Voice channels etc.
∎ To prepare the Service guideline, SoP, training materials, daily performance report and Dashboard etc.
∎ To evaluate the daily service transactions
∎ To assist with the hiring, training, supervision, coaching and evaluation of staff
∎ To ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of assigned functions, including documentation of main processes, monitoring, training and recommending organizational and procedural changes as appropriate
∎ To display and promote a high level of customer services
∎ To ensure departmental knowledge and technical expertise in the identified areas of service and to equip staff with the tools and training necessary to perform duties
∎ To supervise the Centre Team and assist the Head, helping to set and implement operational goals
∎ To recognize and correct process inefficiencies
∎ To orchestrate collaborative efforts to promote university goals of operational efficiency and a welcoming university environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 years of relevant experience including 3 years of experience in managerial position.
∎ Experience leading and managing operations of Front office, Back-office, Digital service, Inbound and outbound:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders:
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English:
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet:
∎ Strong knowledge in performance reporting, creating dashboard in MS excel and PowerPoint presentation:
∎ Strong technical knowledge on different customer service solutions/ platforms and tools (CRM, CMS etc.):
∎ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
