Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation/ Graduation Degree in Accounting / Finance
∎ CA- Part qualified (Preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare audit policy & process (SOP) for all relevant department/ division and company wide
∎ Technologically sound to lead high level audit
∎ Need to initiate audit process development through ERP & automation
∎ Prepare high level Audit report & preset to Board as monthly/ quarterly basis.
∎ Prepare detailed audit plan
∎ Implement both Accounting & Financial internal audit program & procedures to strengthen internal control system
∎ Conduct surprise audit, investigation, operational audit, process audit, physical inventory counting etc.
∎ Conduct physical stock and cash verification program
∎ Responsible for reconciliation of raw materials on receipts, issue, consumption and balance quantity
∎ Check and verify production parameters/ Delivery and Stocks
∎ Pre-check & verify all financial bills, vouchers & Party payments etc.
∎ Check Requisition, MRR, stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to head of department
∎ Check the procurement and disbursement procedure
∎ Conduct Market survey for rate verification related to procurement's
∎ Prepare & submit recommendations according to the findings
∎ Develop a follow up process to ensure the implementation of corrective actions of deficiencies
∎ Develop a 'follow up process' to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions against deficiencies
∎ Prepare different audit reports with accuracy and match with audit objective for the use of the top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable for managing multiple audit teams
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communications both written and speaking in English
∎ Honest and Hardworking.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill.
∎ Excellent skill on MS office package, especially Excel.
∎ Ability to prepare Reports for Management.
∎ Ability to settle issue instantly while reporting to concerns.
∎ Strong leadership quality
