Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & monitor the nationwide service operations, achieve the service quality and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
∎ Develop and expand service network including own service centers, dealer service centers and field service.
∎ Organize and develop nationwide service team including dealers’ staff and maintain the standard of service team.
∎ Process optimization for effecient service operations and maximize service revenue.
∎ Look after the spare parts sales/budget and assist in planning.
∎ Plan and organize service promotional activities.
∎ Deal with principal communications on technical issues.
∎ Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is looking for a seasoned after-sales service professional who will look after the nationwide field service operations for Yamaha. Major Responsibilities are -
