Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting or Accounting & Information Systems/ Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & maintain the accounts ledger, book keeping of the organization independently.
∎ Organization Fund Management and Projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Bank Loan Management.
∎ Ensure establishment and maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial policies and procedures.
∎ Reconciliation of Bank Accounts statements.
∎ Periodically Accounts statement preparation.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all Taxes & VAT and deal with all TAX and VAT issues.
∎ Maintain cash flow projections & financial forecasting.
∎ Implementation of Internal Control.
∎ Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
∎ Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
∎ Provide insightful information and expectations to senior management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good holds on English and Bangla (writing and speaking both)
∎ Good Analytical skills specially on financial issues
∎ Good team work with "Can Do" attitude
∎ Ability to work individually with leadership mentality
∎ Strong knowledge on Finance and Accounts.
