Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
∎ Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to present to senior management.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with over 7 years of experience. An MBA is preferred.
∎ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
∎ Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
