Minimum 10 Years of service experience in law enforcement agency (Retired Police Officer will be given preference).
Prior Experience in corporate recovery debts collection or compliance will be considered an added advantange.
Strong leadership, Negotiation & Communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure, difficult clients and sensitive situations with professionalism.
High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment.
Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make calls to ex-MIOs to collect overdue payments from them.
Lead and manage the overall recovery operations of the company.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve payment irregularities and disputes through legal and professional channels.
Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies, banks, and relevant authorities when necessary.
Monitor customer accounts, prepare recovery reports, and present updates to management.
Visit field locations, distributors, or clients as required to ensure proper recovery activities.
Develop and implement recovery strategies to minimize company risks and bad debts.
Ensure that all recovery activities comply with company policy, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Achieve the Monthly dues collection target.
