∎ Quality Management System (QMS):
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in compliance with standards and company policies.
∎ Ensure all manufacturing and assembly processes adhere to QMS requirements.
∎ Process Control and Improvement:
∎ Monitor and analyze quality performance data from various shops.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Quality Engineering:
∎ New Model implementation and evaluation.
∎ Project Management from QE perspective.
∎ Validate processes during manufacturing and assembly projects.
∎ Develop and maintain Quality Control Process Check sheets (QCPC).
∎ Implement procedures for managing abnormalities and defective products.
∎ Inspection and Testing:
∎ Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
∎ Establish and enforce inspection criteria and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
∎ Ensure proper validation, calibration, and maintenance of inspection equipment.
∎ Leadership and Training:
∎ Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
∎ Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
∎ Compliance and Reporting:
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.
∎ Present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities.
∎ Any task assigned by management
