• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Accounting, Banking and Finance.
• CFA and/or FMVA will have an added advantage.

• Candidates with corporate finance experience handling projects coming from Big4 consulting firm with a focus in the relevant sectors can be considered as well
• Strong financial modelling skillset with good understanding of valuation foundation is required
• Possess proficiency in building complex financial models
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
• Critical thinking with strong attention to details
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Design and develop extensive / robust financial models including revenue projections, cash flow forecasts, scenario evaluations, risk assessments, and return analyses to support investment attraction, financing efforts, and due diligence processes, ensuring transparent assumptions and robust financial metrics.

• Work closely with the Managing Directors and CFO to build and refine the project financial models for optimal capital structure and planning to determine the most effective financing solutions (including debt and equity).

• Prepare to execute and finalize transactions, including transaction structuring and documentation negotiation, and assist management in negotiating and implementing finance documents, loans, and debt for active and future projects.

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting, including scenario and sensitivity modelling, to support stakeholders and monitor compliance with loan covenants.

• Prepare, present and explain qualitative and quantitative financial analysis required by the Management and Project Sponsors/Financiers/Investors.

• Portfolio management and assist management to monitor financial completion of projects and work with Finance and Legal team to take necessary actions such as serve waiver letters or memos.

• Conduct quantitative and fundamental finance analysis for the management / project sponsors / lenders and monitor adherence to loan covenants under facility agreements.

• Work with Accounts and Finance team of the subsidiary companies to ensure maximum extraction of dividends to maximize return for shareholders.

• Work closely with the Group CFO, Business Development, Finance and Technical Team of Holding Company to support the ongoing financial management of the Group and to update/modify Group’s Corporate Financial Model.
