∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Good computer literate with design skill is required.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Creative and designe,computer profeciency,printing machine operation
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design, Illustrator, Packaging, Production costing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design, Graphics Design, Packaging, Pre Press Design, Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise a team of Printing Press to execute the production plan.
∎ Assist in employee development through coaching to support cell achievement goals as defined by Management.
∎ Responsible for daily management fundamentals to include organization of team meetings, development of action plans to improve key performance indicators, setting priorities, presentation of results, top down bottom up communications.
∎ Perform all work in accordance with company standards and established safety procedures.
∎ Know and understand all equipment in printing press unit for the printing material production for the different unit of the company.
∎ Manage all current and new customers printing & packaging related requirements, special projects including development and implementation of new quality printing and carton. Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available. local and export customers must be completely satisfied and receive defect free services and products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, Smart, Self innovated, Enthusiastic and career oriented.
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Computer knowledge
