∎ Age 32 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of the Company’s monthly and yearly budgets (with project break-up & budget code);
∎ Ensure project-wise monthly profitability analysis & confirm all costs are under budget;
∎ Investment, OPEX, and CAPEX analysis regarding business extension;
∎ Responsible for preparing forecasted vs actual Profit & Loss Accounts (P&L) based on the company’s rolling forecasted revenue on month vs month and quarter vs quarter against the target with variance analysis;
∎ Monitoring project-wise invoicing & receivable collection status as per plan/ tender/ contract;
∎ Track and analyze the business and financial performance on a monthly basis against target & budget;
∎ Ratio analysis for key business indicators;
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly cash flow forecast vs actual;
∎ Preparation of month-wise and project-wise procurement plans;
∎ System Automation for various MIS reports & financial reporting;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording and provisioning of all financial transactions;
∎ Ensure that all financials of the company are in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements;
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding financial reporting, budget, and budgetary control, conducting statutory or special audits, corporate tax and VAT issues, and internal control system;
∎ Reconciling all GL heads on a regular basis;
∎ Maintaining partners’ current accounts and reconciling regularly;
∎ Finalizing the company’s audited financials & PF accounts;
∎ Monitor and report on fixed assets & inventory of the company on a monthly and quarterly basis;
