  • Experience in crisis management and reputation building.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

SaRa Lifestyle Ltd is a leading fashion brand based in Bangladesh and a member of SNOWTEX Group is looking for an experienced "Manager-(Media & PR)". He will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication, media relations, and PR campaigns to strengthen SaRa’s & SNOWTEX brand positioning. This role demands a dynamic, creative, and well-networked professional who can build brand reputation, manage media outreach, and drive impactful storytelling across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and media strategies to enhance brand image and visibility.

  • Craft compelling narratives, press releases, speeches, and thought-leadership content aligned with brand values.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets.

  • Manage brand reputation proactively and handle crisis communications with agility.

  • Lead PR campaigns, events, and activations to drive positive brand exposure.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to amplify PR content through online platforms.

  • Manage and mentor a PR & communications team, fostering creativity and performance.

  • Track media coverage, analyze sentiment, and prepare reports on PR impact, budget and ROI.
