Responsibilities & Context: SaRa Lifestyle Ltd is a leading fashion brand based in Bangladesh and a member of SNOWTEX Group is looking for an experienced "Manager-(Media & PR)". He will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication, media relations, and PR campaigns to strengthen SaRa’s & SNOWTEX brand positioning. This role demands a dynamic, creative, and well-networked professional who can build brand reputation, manage media outreach, and drive impactful storytelling across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive PR and media strategies to enhance brand image and visibility.
Craft compelling narratives, press releases, speeches, and thought-leadership content aligned with brand values.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets.
Manage brand reputation proactively and handle crisis communications with agility.
Lead PR campaigns, events, and activations to drive positive brand exposure.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to amplify PR content through online platforms.
Manage and mentor a PR & communications team, fostering creativity and performance.
Track media coverage, analyze sentiment, and prepare reports on PR impact, budget and ROI.
