• Strong relationships with national print, Magazine, Online and TV contacts (preferred).

• Good working knowledge of digital media metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, engagement, CPC).

• High negotiation skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, negotiate and execute spot bookings / media buys across Print, Magazines, Online portals, TV and branded programs; manage scheduling and publication.
  • Develop & maintain strong press and editorial relationships; secure consistent news coverage, product/features stories, and event coverage.
  • Own media planning, budget tracking and weekly ROI reporting (traditional + digital); optimize spends per campaign KPIs.
  • Coordinate PR activities: press releases, press conferences, media kits, blogger/influencer outreach and crisis communications support.
  • Create and maintain the media calendar; liaise with creative/content teams to ensure assets meet media specs and deadlines.
  • Monitor media mentions and competitor activity; produce weekly media performance summary and monthly insights with recommended actions.
  • Support on-ground brand activations, events and sponsored/branded program coordination.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and contribute to demand-generation campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with agencies/venders; negotiate rates and track invoice vs. planned budget.
  • Any other tasks to support Brand Communication & corporate reputation work.
