Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, do, monitor & ensure required and on time machine lay-out & installation work.
∎ Do regular periodical and on time maintenance plan on all related machines & equipment to give proper support of machines and equipment related performance.
∎ Make, implement & ensure machines and equipment related Policy, Procedure & SOP and keep records for further reference.
∎ Allocate works on a regular & periodic basis to the team members & ensure availability of resources for each individual to accomplish assigned tasks.
∎ Review & monitor work on daily/ weekly/ forth-nightly & monthly basis & provide updates to the management.
∎ Implementation of policies, procedures & SOP across the mechanical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system on all mechanical issues.
∎ Conduct regular inspection of all machines, equipment and keep necessary servicing records/ logs of all day-to-day installations/ repairs/ maintenance etc.
∎ Monitor & ensure the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the maintenance team with regard to the performance of all machines & mechanical equipment across the industry.
∎ Theoretical and practical knowledge on mechanical maintenance, inspection, record keeping and reporting systems etc.
∎ Should be able to control, train & educate under command maintenance team members.
∎ Initiate periodical risk assessment on machines, mechanical instruments etc., find out risks, do on time corrective action to eliminate probable machine, equipment & work process related risk and keep records.
∎ Initiate on time machine & equipment related calibration and keep proper & valid records.
∎ Create safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing machines, equipment and production process.
∎ Periodically assess risk and possible safety hazards of all machines and equipment.
∎ Keep & ensure lockout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations.
∎ Give proper and on time safety training to the concerned employees, staffs and officer on mechanical & instrumental issues.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted utility support system to ensure smooth production.
∎ Take a periodical assessment on all mechanical, instrumental & production process related safety issues within the entire factory & do proper and on time corrective action to ensure safety.
∎ Control & manage MMCD that required spare parts & equipment are available to ensure on time support & ensure maintenance work.
∎ Give proper & proactive guideline to the respective maintenance people are engaging machine maintenance work to use safety equipment and ensure a fully functional and effective mechanical safety management system to make the factory safe & secure all the time.
∎ Should have ability to face Customers’ various audit/ assessment with producing required documents & records.
∎ Keep and maintain machine maintenance related registers/ check list/ logs with regular check and update.
∎ Investigate causes of low performance of machines, take regular and on time preventive maintenance work to reduce/ eliminate machine break down time.
∎ Proactively manage all machine & instrument related Health & Safety issue with giving necessary training to the respective employees to make & sustain the industry risk free.
∎ Keep proper communication & coordination with all respective departmental/ sectional head/ in-charges to do mechanical works just in time.
∎ Make & follow the maintenance schedule & execute it on regular basis.
∎ Properly handle a Technical Workforce to get the maximum and on time performance from them.
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis accordingly.
∎ Perform other works as when required or assigned by the superior(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should have positive and flexible attitude.
∎ Computer literacy specially in office package is must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible & goal oriented.
∎ Should be a team player having goo interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have positive and flexible attitude.
∎ Able to work in cross-functional environment.
Salary: Negotiable
