Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/MBA in Accounting from any reputed organization.
∎ CA-Part Qualified/CMA will get advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Maintaining daily petty cash management, budget tracking, cost analysis & reporting.
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ Prepare Monthly build up plan & quarterly or half yearly business plan.
∎ Supervision daily local purchase and maintain special approval chart and control budget.
∎ Prepare daily P&L and monthly performance report.
∎ Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis
∎ To prepare the daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports/statements, proper books of accounts and documents.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ To ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ To monitor advance, receivables and payables.
∎ Maintain suppliers account, record and update payment information
∎ Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
∎ Other day to day activity & periodic project assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience of 7 to 10 years and minimum 7 years' experience in Agro based field.
∎ Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
∎ To have administrative and professional qualities.
∎ Home District of North Bengal (i.e. Rangpur and Rajshahi Division) area candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Age 35 to 40 years. May be relaxed in case of qualified and experienced candidates.
