Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Masters in Accounting or Finance with ICAB - CA (Inter), Knowledge level, Or ICMAB(Inter)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the entire Audit team and audit as per schedule in a different outlets inventory.
∎ Make regular visit to Factory/ Outlets / Projects and work closely with the day to day operation and check all operational matters in detail
∎ Prepares and analysis of audit data through computer aided audit tools.
∎ Contribute to the development of internal audit system.
∎ Contribute to the design and development of internal audit tools and processes.
∎ Reporting directly to the departmental head based on their asking, as well as contributing to the overall operational and business plan of the companies.
∎ Conduct independent audits of entire process (risk management, control, governance, etc.).
∎ Ensure accuracy of the financial transaction and ensure all practices comply with company and government rules/regulations
∎ Communicate any audit issues, develop a follow up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for any deficiency.
∎ Evaluate the reliability and integrity of information and the efficient and effective use of resources.
∎ Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal control system and suggest proper measures for improvement, if required.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 02 years experience in Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax),
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Group of Companies, Multinational Companies.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
