∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting,Finance
∎ CA Partly Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit, Knowledge on SAP, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Checking bill voucher with proper documentation, Approval and Market competitive price.
∎ Make yearly, Monthly and daily audit plan and execute the internal audit based on plan.
∎ Verify bill, voucher and challan.
∎ Physical Inventory verification.
∎ Physical Asset verification.
∎ Salary sheet verification and manpower audit.
∎ To supervise auditing of establishments, and determine the scope of investigation required.
∎ Reporting to CFO about asset utilization and audit results, and recommending changes in operations and financial activities.
∎ To inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
∎ To examine records and interview workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with laws and company regulations.
∎ To examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
∎ To review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
∎ To confer with company officials about financial and regulatory matters.
∎ To examine whether the organization's objectives are reflected in its management activities and whether employees understand the objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having a high level of experience/knowledge of auditing different business functions
∎ Experience of working in SAP/ERP environment
∎ Knowledge of Tax/VAT legislation and other regulations affecting businesses e.g. Companies Act, SEC regulations, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
