Educational Requirements:
∎ CA Course Completed with MBA/Masters in Accounting/Management
∎ Passed at least CA professional stage - Knowledge level / PE-I / CA Inter with good academic track record
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and programs that complies with the company policy and helps the company to minimize the costs
∎ Supervise, conduct, and report on the testing and adequacy of the company's internal controls over financial reporting and advise management for improvements
∎ Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors
∎ Perform special investigation/assignment as suggested by the Board of Directors
∎ Follow the guideline of ABP (Annul Business Plan) & report to the Chairman of Audit Committee time to time
∎ Conduct audit assignments in line with the Internal Audit plan and within the budgeted time, adopting the audit methodology and appropriate audit techniques
∎ Ensure organizational procedures and policies, external legislations and regulations are fully compiled
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge about IAS/BAS, ISA/BSA & IFRS/BFRS and any other applicable international accounting standards
∎ Good understanding of the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the ability to comply with these standards
∎ Possessing high degree of correspondence and analytical skill.
∎ Demonstrating personal integrity, confidence, and adherence to organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Having leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to influence outcomes.
∎ Being dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality with leadership qualities.
∎ Having highly effective written and verbal communications skills that can be used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
