• Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) in managing interior design projects.

• Must have frequently a Site visiting tendency.

• Candidates having motorcycle & a valid driving license will get preference.

• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all financial and temporal constraints are managed.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and design standards.

• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
