Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and oversee elevator installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to ensure project execution.
∎ Possess a deep understanding of elevator systems, components, and mechanics to provide guidance and support to the installation and maintenance teams.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues, offer solutions, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of elevator technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the installation and maintenance teams.
∎ Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all elevator installations and maintenance activities meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ Liaise with clients to understand their elevator installation and maintenance needs, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities, including documentation of procedures, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
∎ Generate reports for management detailing project progress, performance metrics, and areas of improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, mechanics, and safety regulations.
∎ Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
∎ Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
