Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop or implement of compliance-related policies and procedures.
∎ Execute company policies pertaining to compliance programs.
∎ BASIC Knowledge about HIGG FEM.
∎ BASIC knowledge about Fire Safety, Occupational health & Safety, Building safety & Electrical Safety.
∎ Develop or implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as, EIA, Industrial Hygiene assessment, Indoor & Outdoor air quality, Light level test, Temperature level test, Noise level test, storm water, waste water treatment, hazardous waste management, pollution prevention, or solid waste management, Chemical Management.
∎ Able to handle/manage all type of audit (Social, Environmental, Technical & Buyer’s COC).
∎ Review the audit report and Provide CAP on time.
∎ Ensuring the administrative & HR related works of the factory.
∎ Review communications such as securities sales advertising to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations.
∎ Liaison with other Govt., non Govt. organizations & local bodies as and when required.
∎ Obtain firsthand feedback and assist the factories on compliance issues.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
∎ Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
∎ Ensure timely management of payroll, compensation and related benefits and services.
∎ Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
∎ Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
∎ Strong knowledge in all aspect of GOTS, OEKOTEX, GRS, RCS, OCS, BEPI, BCI, Fair-trade, WCA, GSV, Alliance, Accord, WRAP & CTPAT.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Textile Industry.
∎ Adequate skills in Computer Application including ERP software and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
