∎ CA-CC From a reputed CA firm will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Advance Excel, Business Analysis, Business Communication, Cash Flow Management, cash management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounts Software, Budget Management, Business Communication, CA CC, cash management, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms, IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Technical Infrastructure, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge of managing, training and supporting the Accounts team.
∎ Ensure preparation of periodic financial statements of the company in conformity with IASs, IFRSs and Companies Act.
∎ Working closely with Sales & Marketing dept. in terms of Inventory Management and New Products Launching.
∎ Prepare and coordinate all required audits (internal/external & Tax bodies).
∎ Maintain books of account & documents for future audit & analysis.
∎ Ensure timely reconciliation of all bank accounts, Revenue & AR/AP ledger.
∎ Preparation of Chart of Accounts as per the business model and nature of the transaction.
∎ Research on continuous improvement and standardization in finance.
∎ Prepare yearly budget & variance analysis.
∎ Identifying areas for cost-cutting and improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and Govt. requirements
∎ Manage finance & administrative related License, Certificates, and contracts.
∎ Manage Taxation issues (Corporate/Directors Tax Return filing)
∎ Fixed assets management, Payroll & leave management, Central Bank Reporting, Company Secretarial Services covering RJSC return filing.
∎ LC, ERC/IRC Related work.
∎ Accounts maintaining by software (Tally or others ERP).
∎ Provide guidance on all financial matters to the company directors.
∎ Reporting to the management or superiors on significant financial events.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have positive attitude and capability of working under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): (Shipping Agency, L/C, Freight Forwarding, Logistics domain experience will preferable).
∎ You must have excellent IT skills and be familiar with industry-standard software (Tally ERP, Microsoft Office, expert in Excel).
∎ Good Knowledge about Tax, VAT, Audit and Company Law.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in respective job scope.
∎ An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills.
∎ Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Proactive problem solving
