∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Excellent team leadership & negotiation skills.
∎ Tech-savvy with strong reporting capabilities.
∎ Willing to travel and take ownership of the area.
∎ Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
∎ Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients effectively.
∎ Ability to negotiate terms and close deals that benefit the company and the client.
∎ Candidates with experience working in the Media/print/advertising sectors will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive area sales growth and meet ambitious targets
∎ Lead and inspire your field sales force
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity
∎ Ensure top-notch product availability and visibility
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
∎ Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
∎ Make daily field visits for Sales to Customer to Retain Existing Business, increase volume & Pursue New Customers.
∎ Maintain Relationships with clients/customers by providing information, support, and offers.
∎ Achieve short-term and Long-Term sales goals for the company.
∎ To look after customer queries.
∎ Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
∎ Responsible for the growth & development of the Product portfolio
∎ Build effective trading relationships with key decision makers
