Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent writing and speaking communications skills in both English and Bangla. Capable of report writing and preparation of different types of business letter.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office and efficient in using ERP software
∎ Maintain and assist management, participating in every corporate level business or management meetings in and out of office as and when required, prepare meeting minutes and coordinate with the respective clients or department or stake holders.
∎ Efficient to maintain all types of official correspondence with Govt. / Semi - Govt. agencies/ Corporate and global business entities as per the requirement of business.
∎ Efficient in handling secretariat works and coordinate with the respective dept. or dept. head, branch head for smooth & effective business solutions and day-to-day activities of SSSL.
∎ Compile / prepare different types of business reports, summarize and submit it to the management to ensure smooth business operation and accountability.
∎ To provide require administrative support to the management with the business related issues and maintaining all types of official correspondence, documentation in accordance to business requirement.
∎ Keeping records in proper manner for all kinds of official's correspondence, all clients' files and any other business related files.
∎ To provide administrative support to the management and handling of confidential business issues.
∎ Monitor and implementation of tasks from the Branches, especially coordinating with the branch-in-charges from time to time.
∎ Ready to travel anywhere in the country due to business requirement as and when require.
∎ Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.
∎ Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
