Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming
Job Context:
∎ Relevant poultry contracted farm managerial experiences.
∎ Familiar with Poultry contracted farm working procedure, customer development, market survey.
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork spirit is required.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market data to provide advice for marketing decision.
∎ Share & suggesting ideas or appropriate solution for broiler rearing and disease prevention.
∎ Communicate daily work with Chinese management by English.
∎ Plan, develop and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Ability to create new dealer cum distributor to achieve the companies targeted sales.
∎ Supervision of DOC, Feed transport & deliver to the dealer/Farmer.
∎ Create new customer and dealer.
∎ Daily reporting to the senior management.
∎ Billing & reimbursement.
∎ Role play as a team leader.
∎ Motivate to team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well personality, honest and good looking.
∎ Experience in selling DOC (Day Old Chicks) will give more preference.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge is a must.
∎ Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Acceptance of extreme job pressure & willing to travel Continuously.
∎ Good skill in English both speaking and writing is needed.
∎ Microsoft office operation skill is required.
∎ Healthy and smart is required.
Salary: Negotiable
